Chery

Chery, founded in Wuhu in 1997, is one of China’s largest car exporters and the parent of Omoda, Jaecoo and Lepas. Its own-brand Tiggo SUVs arrived in the UK in 2025. Chery is building a UK R&D centre at the Millbrook proving ground in Bedfordshire to tune chassis and driver-assistance systems for British roads.
